Researchers at the university of Pennsylvania recommend that parents add fish to a child’s weekly diet. The study shows that children who had fish in their diet for at least one time a week scored higher on IQ tests and had better sleep than children who had little or no fish consumption.

Repeats of this type of study may further prove that eating fish is good for a child’s brain and sleep. However, experts agree that that everyone benefits from the addition of fish to meals regularly–regardless of how smart it makes us!
