The following rules of conduct govern your present access to and use of this site and your continued access to and use and enjoyment of this site. While this site is the property of Sixty Second Parent, it is for the benefit and enjoyment of the internet community. In order to keep this site informative and enjoyable for all who use it, certain rules must be followed by the community of users of this site. The rules apply to all methods of communication between community members, including but not limited to, forums, private messages, and e-mail.

Failure to follow these rules may result in either a temporary ban or a permanent ban of a user’s participation in this site, depending on the severity of the offense. More serious violations of these rules of conduct may result in further steps taken with your ISP or higher authorities. By using, accessing, reading or visiting this site, you are deemed to have accepted these rules of conduct and the rules can be enforced against you.

1. Spam is Not Allowed.

Spamming is defined as either posting multiple times about the same issue or starting multiple topics about the same issue. Other actions are also considered spamming, such as continuous off-topic posting as well as the posting of unrelated links to a forum topic. Spam shall be deleted without warning and multiple acts of spamming under a user name will be reviewed and access to the forum by such user may be restricted or banned.

2. Forum Thread Lengths are Monitored.

Sixty Second Parent reserves the right to limit the length of threads on the forum and may close threads once they reach a certain length in order to maintain the performance and speed of its database search engine. Such threads may be closed, but new threads can be initiated by forum users to readdress issue(s) present in the closed thread. Forum threads are not closed to censor topics, but may be closed to facilitate the reading of individual threads to improve discourse among forum member users on that topic.

3. No Tangents are Permitted Within Forum Topics.

Sixty Second Parent encourages open discourse, but will moderate the forum to ensure that participation does not stray off topic. If forum users think of new topics, users are permitted to start a new thread about such topic. Threads that stray off topic are subject to closure, trimming, editing or relocation to an appropriate topic or forum.

4. No Illegal Topics.

Among other types of material, pornographic material, slanderous or defamatory material, threatening material, and illegally posted copyrighted material are not permitted on the forums and may be removed without warning. Posters of such material will be dealt with by Sixty Second Parent on a case by case basis.

5. No Slander.

Insults, language or any offensive content may be deleted without warning if considered unacceptable by an official forum moderator, website administrator, or member of Sixty Second Parent's staff. Content that is insulting to anyone based on life-style, religion, gender, ethnic groups and race, among other things, is unacceptable and may be deleted without warning.

6. Flame Wars are Not Permitted.

Flame wars are banned from Sixty Second Parent's forums, chat rooms and message boards. Flame wars are defined as topics or posts that are abrasive, offensive, or argumentative and serve no purpose but to instigate anger or provoke other users. Topics or posts that appear to have the sole purpose of initiated a flame war shall be treated as spam and deleted without warning.

7. Conversations Between Forum Users are Not Permitted.

Conversations are not allowed between users on the forums and message boards of Sixty Second Parent’s website. Threads that contain multiple postings between forum users with off-topic content may be trimmed, edited or deleted without notice.

8. Users are Not Permitted to Impersonate Other Individuals.

Attempting to pose as a Sixty Second Parent employee, and employee of any of its affiliates or any other user will not be tolerated and may result in the deletion of that username. This also applies to variations of user names.

9. Sixty Second Parent, its staff, including its website administrators and forum moderators, reserve the right to edit, delete, or ban any content found on its websites without warning.

The Forums, Message Boards and Chat Rooms on Sixty Second Parent's websites are a central place for discussion provided as an outlet for its users and Sixty Second Parent requests that users of the Forums, Message Boards and Chat Rooms respect this outlet and all community members and other users of this outlet.

10. Sixty Second Parent reserves the right to modify these Rules of Conduct without warning.

Through your continued use of the Forums, Message Boards or Chat Rooms on Sixty Second Parent's websites you agree to the Rules of Conduct as modified.
